Welcome, to this week’s Affirmations of the Week!

Positive Affirmations Every Monday!

Many of us struggle daily with our inner negative Nancy. Although, I have discovered a way that helps me to block out negative thoughts. I like to write down positive quotes and affirmations that make me feel confident and more at peace.

When I find myself in a mood for the day, I refer back to the positive quotes and affirmations I’ve previously written to help snap out of the negativity. Happiness is a choice you have to choose everyday. I know all too well, how easy it can be to fall into that overthinking cycle of negativity, and how difficult it can be to get out. That’s the reason I make these posts every Monday to help others like me break that cycle.

Affirmations

  • I choose to fill my mind with positive thoughts.
  • I am in the process of positive change.
  • I love myself.
  • I am thankful.
  • I have the power to create change.
  • I am doing my best.
  • I am worthy of all the good things that happen in my life.
  • I am more than good enough and I get better every day.
  • I am strong, confident and motivated.
  • I inhale confidence and exhale doubt.
  • I choose to focus on the net step, not the entire path.
  • I choose hope over fear.
  • My past is not a reflection of my future.
  • I have a beautiful heart and soul.
  • I am braver than I think.
  • My life is a gift and I appreciate everything I have.

Positive Quotes

Keep your mind on what you want to happen, not what you do not want to happen.
